Looks like I'm getting less to write about from the people who are calling in at work...
They seem to be more deserving and less demanding but, man, there are a lot of them....
Did have one I can't figure out...
She purchased the product in July of last year, has a 1 year warranty...
Her demand is an upgrade because the unit failed...
There are no upgrade options but I did offer to replace it with a working unit and stick with her till it was resolved...
He reaction was, "No, I'll go buy another make and model!" , then hung up...
WTF?
hhmmm....
