What is with the sensibility of some people or lack thereof?
I'm in training for two days and it was a last minute thing. I didn't even know that I would be in for 7 to 3:30 each for Thursday and Friday until about 4:00 on Wednesday. Really short notice but necessary.
One of my customer called in looking for me yesterday and he goes completely off the handle on one of my colleagues.
Just what does he think he is going to accomplish by doing that?
I am going completely out of process and policy to try to accommodate him but that means nothing to this guy.
And to top it all off, he is a minister in some church.
Of all people, should he not have the most consideration for others?
Too bad...
