Had to call a customer about a dead camera, it will not power on at all...
He was offered replacement for a particular cost because the camera is over a year out of warranty...
He said that was not acceptable, he just wanted to troubleshoot the "no power" camera to see if he could get it to work...
OK, what is wrong with this picture? He has tried other batteries and the camera will NOT power on...
Just what kind of troubleshooting do you need?
My suggestion, although I couldn't tell him, was to throw the damn thing against a wall or possibly see if he could give it a boost with some 220 for maybe a stove connection...
Actually, pulling the wires from the back of the stove, separating them and then attaching one to either temple may be enough to enlighten him...
hhmmm....

THE CAMERA WILL NOT POWER ON!!
