Why is it that management does not have to qualify and answer for the job they do?
It seems to me that there is some management that is afraid of those of us that they know will give them competition for their jobs so they keep us from progressing to a position that would be competing.
I had a meeting with HR yesterday and the ass who decided that I was mediocre in my position does not have to qualify that fact that he deemed me to be mediocre. I, in fact, have to qualify why I believe I am not.
Guess this is just grousing on my part but I haven't finished with this yet...
They think they have this guy cornered and will put me out of "their" little "kingdom"....
Little do they know...
