Looks like we are losing another member of my team...
This is the 8th or 9th in the last 6 months...
It seems a little off when the Client company can keep demanding more and more and the company I work for just keeps leting them kill the people on my team, not to mention the front line people...
Don't get me started on the incentives (non-incentives)
