What the hell is it with some people?
One guy I talked to yesterday, purchased the cheapest version of one product and expected it to perform like the top of the line....
When ya spend so little on something, stop and think, maybe I should spend just a bit more and then I can expect more....
Then we have people who think they should tell the company how long a product should last and be warranted for...
The unit was three years old, two years out of warranty and she wants it replaced free of charge...
Claims that the company is not standing behind their product...
What the hell do they think the warranty is there for?
