WOW!!

Coming up on the one year anniversary of this here blog...

I missed posting a single day in that whole year...

Come Saturday, I will re-post the original as well as the comments to it...

It was really weird looking over the old posts and find just how fitting they were and seem to fit this year as well...

Funny how my blood pressure is high or normal, depending on who I'm talking to. For this past week, four of the readings were 138/100, 165/86, 160/80, 175/86. You tell me, are these high and especially as I am taking meds to control it...
