It's all about the entertainment value and damn if I wasn't entertained...
One lady called in and had to be transferred to me by another of the guys on my team as he did not work with the product that the lady had....
The first words out of her mouth were to the effect, "You will give me my money back for this product and a coupon for 10% off the accessories for the same product!"
First question I had was, "When did you purchase the product ma'am?"
She said, "I don't know, but I have 187 days left on my warranty and your going to give me a refund and the coupon!"
I said ,"No, I'm not!"
She said, "Yes you will, I have 187 days left on my warranty and I went and bought another one of the same model!"
I said, "No ma'am, but I would be happy to replace the unit for you!"
She said, "I don't want your replacement, I already bought another one!"
Once again I said, "No!"
She said, "I want a refund and a coupon and that is all I am going to say!" then promptly hangs up....
I laugh at the stupidity of this person and decide that it is time for me to have my lunch...
After discussing the whole thing with a couple of my colleagues, I decide to call the brainless wonder back, I always enjoy stirring up shit...
She answers on the third ring and I say, "I think we got cut off but would like to resolve your issue."
She says, "No, we did not get cut off, I hung up!"
I said, "Well, I would still like to help you with the issue..."
She interrupts and says, "I told you that I want my money back, I can get the unit fixed locally and I want my money back but I'm not going to argue!" and then promptly hangs up again...
Stupid broad doesn't seem to know how to read. The warranty states that the company will replace the unit with new or like new unit at the companies discretion and if unable to do so in a reasonable time, will refund the for the unit.
Reasonable for my team is next day or at most two day. If the company is not given the opportunity to replace the unit, they are never going to get their money back...
Guess it really, really sucks to be stupid....

Don't know...
Can't figure out what to do with that 17 year old of mine...
Got home last night, found that he hadn't taken the mail in...
Next, I spotted that the front door was wide open...
Found the TV left on with the PS2 loud enough to make the neighbors complain...
Found that the sound on my computer was wound to full volume....
Found the toilet running a crap loaf of water away....
And it appears that a food fight may have occurred...
And last but not least, he didn't even make sure the dog had food and water and was taken out...
Do I kick him the fuck out or kill him?...
I think I'm going to kick him the fuck out of my house, you know about the straw and the camels back...

Expectations?....
Yea, I know it is August and people are entitled to time off for vacations etc....
We are down about a third of my team due to vacations, sickness and just "let me the fuck out of here"....
The only problem with it is that the volume has not decreased and those of us left on the lines have to take up the slack...
Imagine, we still have to keep all of the same stats up to par even though the workload has almost doubled this week....
I, personally, don't give a shit if we meet our stats anymore...
There are only so many hours in a day and what the hell can you do?....
The hell with them, I'll do what I can and if they decide it isn't enough, the hell with 'em....
Got a little better than a week to see my surgeon, really can't wait, maybe some time off that others have make up for....

Yesterday...
Yesterday was cut a little short because the power blinked out in the night and for those of us that are using CPAP units, it is an absolute nightmare...
I was instantly awake but that wasn't the worst of it..
Waking is one thing, you can usually roll over and go back to sleep if the power has come back on but....
I had to get up to get the correct time, the clock was flashing red at me and my radio was flashing blue, damn, had to reset both things before sleeping again..
The pics are of flowers on my front porch and the rose with three blooms is in front of my house.
I have 7 different rose plants and that is the only one with blooms right now. Hopefully the food I put in around them will encourage more blooms...
Anyway, got to get my dressing changed so I gotta cut it off here...

My daughter bought me my first one about three weeks ago, I just upgraded in a fairly big way...
What is it about the Razr V3 that is so great?
I looked that one as well as the Nokia 6265 which really has no appeal regarding appearance...
I finally settled on the Samsung A950.
Sweet little phone, has a 1.3 Megapixel camera, plays MP3's, text capable, 1x data capable, connection to satellite radio and TV and a bonus ability to use the microSD cards..
Over all, I believe it to be better that the Razr in most ways... and cost me $349...
Oh well, it will last for longer than I'll need it, I hope...

And the stupidity continues...
Got hold of a lady yesterday who doesn't seem to be all there...
She purchased an entry level unit that has only a 90 day warranty, which I told her....
She got it in December of last year and that would put it more than the warranty period, out of warranty...
Looking at the notes in the cases, and yes, I did say cases, she just badgered her way to the top, me....
I told her the warranty for the unit as stated above. She asked why it only had a 90 day warranty and I told that it was because the unit is an entry level and not a more feature bound model.
She then asked what I meant. I told her that it was a more economical model for people to get a start with.
She said, "Because it was a cheap model?"
I told her, those were her words, not mine, we have to be correct in our verbiage to the customers...
I offered her the out of warranty options that would replace the unit for a cost or even upgrade for a little more but that we could negotiate a mutually agreeable amount...
She seemed alright with it when we concluded the call...
She called back into my queue not more than 30 minutes later, got one of my colleagues and demanded my boss, ass, so a call back was arranged for her by another one of my team...
I then notice that she has called the Corporate office...
The notes show that she was very rude and demanding. The corporate office also noted that she was provided more than adequate options and well beyond anything she had any right too and that they would not intervene. One other note was that she did not want any call back, just a refund of the next day service she paid for...
For those that don't know, when an order is placed and it is out of warranty, it will stay in a validation required status until the proof of purchase is supplied or thirty days has lapsed, which ever is shorter so she was not charged the ten bucks in the first place and I canceled the order when talking to her....

WOW, how did I survive?
Alright you whining yanks, we hit over 100 yesterday and it was a record breaker...
It is supposed to be pretty close to the same again today, good thing I'm off and can sit in front of the air conditioner for it today..
Yesterday, I went to work at my usual time. I wasn't even half way there when my back started leaking again. It was far too messy to stay at work where I was grossing out a lot of people so I came home to wait for the damn surgeon to call...
They finally did, said the description of what was going on with my back wasn't serious but if I got a fever, I should go immediately to emergency at the local hospital, like I'm going to subject myself to that abuse again....
Anyway, I'm in today trying to make arrangements for someone to come over and put a dressing on my back until I see the surgeon on the 21st..
Not impressed but what can ya do...

Surprise!... NOT!
Well, the ol' lady called the surgeons office yesterday, claimed to have a full office and they would call her back today.... WTF?
This lump got to leaking so bad at work, grossed out at least a dozen people.... maybe that's the upside to this thing...
And the lunacy continues....
One gentleman, not really, called in and got to one of my colleagues, she asked for his phone number and he argued for almost 15 minutes that there was no way he was going to provide any information, not sure what his beef was till I got him...
He has a product I support and that much out of him was a surprise..
He says, "I have this product and I need some parts that were missing."
I asked, "How did you get to me, did someone transfer you?"
He said, "Someone gave me this number!"
I asked who gave him the number and his reply...
"Just give me the fucking parts for this product, do your fucking job!!", click!
OK, just how do I do that when I got no information about you and you hang up?

Eewww, gross...
Try to get something done about the lump on my back has turned into a trial of patience....
Told you about the trip to the hospital almost three weeks ago. The following week, I tried to get hold of my family doctor to set up another appointment with the original surgeon that he had lined up, apparently he was out of the office for that week, my doctor that is...
So last week, I had the ol' lady trying to get hold of him again but his staff said that he was out of the office for another week, crap...
So they asked that we call the original surgeon ourselves but we found that he was out of the office until tomorrow too...
hhmmm....
Now on to the gross part...
About two weeks ago, this thing on my hurt like someone was trying to drive a knife into my back and I wasn't able to sleep most of the night.
Woke up at about 2:30 to take another handful of tylenol and finally did fall asleep. When I woke at about 5:30/6:00, the was pus in about a four inch circle on the inside of my shirt where this thing is growing...
Well the pain seemed to be gone and I can put up with a little mess in my shirts each day, I have enough to wear one a day for a month or more if you count my t shirts, and they make laundry soap everyday...
Now, for the last three or four days, I've been find that there is some blood in the mess too, sign of something more problematic?
I don't know but I hope to find out soon...
I hate the feeling in my shirt of one little wet spot that won't go away till I take the shirt off...

Screwed either way...
I was listening to the radio yesterday and one of the hosts was talking about the bill they received for their cell phones.
Her husband has his own company and the phones are associated with it.
They got one for their daughter so they can keep in touch.
They got a bill for $4000 and Bell claimed that their young daughter was using the phone for web browsing for 9 hours every night starting just after midnight. WTF?
When they called Bell to find out what the hell happened, they were told that they would not have to pay the bill if they started paying $7 per month per phone for a web browsing package. WTF/
Here is the way I see it. We have a flaw in our phone system that we can screw you for huge amounts of money with or we can still screw you by charging you to fix the flaw.
Guaranteed that I would put an end to that crap with a different phone company.
It shows all too clearly just how some companies have gotten too big and have distanced themselves from the customers they are supposed to be servicing..

I had a topic picked out yesterday but just had to add this one instead...
I was addressing an issue with one of my customer's about his out of warranty product.
He did nothing but complain about the quality and how the product was a piece of crap.
Funny but he had it for three years so it was now two years out of warranty. They seem to think that no matter when it failed if they say that it never worked right or there was an issue from the start, it will entitle them to receive another for free.
Some of these people should stop and listen to just exactly what they are saying. I have a felling that even if they did, it would still make the same sense to them, as twisted as it is...
Anyway, I offered the options he had as the unit was out of warranty and asked him to look into them to be sure of what I was offering and come back to me with a reasonable offer.
His idea of reasonable was about a third of what I offered it for. I then countered with about half and he refused to budge, claimed he could get it cheaper locally...
He decided that he wanted to go above me....
I didn't tell him but when he went to my colleague, my offers came off the table...
My colleague told him that what I had offered was more than reasonable so he demanded to go above her.
As per process, he was told that if he made any further contact with the company he would be called back by my colleague as she was the final word on the whole issue...
Just how far do they think they can go? Just what do they think they are going to accomplish by screaming even when told they are at the top of the hill? Just who the fuck do they think they are that they can make demands for anything? It's out of warranty, idiot!!

When exchanging products, the client company requires collateral information to ensure that the old, broken product is returned. They even send prepaid return labels that are in a plastic envelope on the outside of the box but some people are so stupid...
One lady did not return the broken product within the 30 days that is allowed and was charge for not returning it. As soon as she was billed, she magically discovered that it needed to be returned and had it picked up by the courier...
Now she is calling 5 and 6 times a day, looking for her refund...
The refund was posted as of the 25th and I gave her the authorization code but she keeps calling back and ripping strips off of everyone she talks to on my team...
Can't wait to talk to her today.....
When you are providing collateral information, if you are reading this, make sure that you are not using one of those damned "debit" Visa or Mastercards because the issuing banks will screw you over about the postings to the account for as much as 30 days or more...
Still, if she had returned the product in the specified time, the whole issue would not have happened...

Humpday...
Looks like I made it to another humpday, not sure just how fortunate...
The ol' lady called the surgeon for me yesterday and it looks like I can't even make an appointment till Monday, guess that'll learn me...
Most of the people that called in yesterday were not off the wall like usual, it's as if some sort of medication was dumped over the entire US...
One guy was little annoying, in a good way I guess...

I'll tell ya, those oil companies have it great and the government seems to be an easy way to guarantee more in the way of an income for the asses....
Back in November of last year, which was late for it to be done, had a new furnace oil tank and maintenance on the furnace before they would put any oil in the tank...
The guy who I was getting my oil from tried to screw me for more than $400 which he wound up not getting, was the one that my landlord had come in to do the work...
I won't get into the mess that started back then but it still spilled over yesterday too...
About two months ago, I received a letter noting that by legislation, they other oil company had to see the copy of the inspection or for $100 they would inspect and clean the furnace and tank...
The last guy was supposed to provide the inspection on install which he did not, like I didn't know he would try to screw over the landlord too...
The landlord had to go to him again to get what was already paid for...
Yesterday, I came home and was about to get some cold water out of the fridge. I realized after about half a bottle, that there was no light on in the fridge, then noticed that the panel on the microwave was also out... When this happens I know that a breaker had been tripped downstairs...
I went to the basement where I found the inspection papers at the top of the stairs , seems they sent someone out to inspect again...
I went on down to kick the breaker on and that is when I found that the stair light and backdoor light was on... That would have kicked the breaker and the ass should have known it...
My fridge and freezer are both on that circuit as well so luckily I was home to take care of it...
If anyone from this city sees this, "DON'T CALL ROSEBUSH FUELS FOR ANYTHING, HE'LL FUCK YOU OVER AT EVERY POSSIBLE CHANCE"

Yesterday, I came home and was about to get some cold water out of the fridge. I realized after about half a bottle, that there was no light on in the fridge, then noticed that the panel on the microwave was also out... When this happens I know that a breaker had been tripped downstairs...
I went to the basement where I found the inspection papers at the top of the stairs , seems they sent someone out to inspect again...
I went on down to kick the breaker on and that is when I found that the stair light and backdoor light was on... That would have kicked the breaker and the ass should have known it...
My fridge and freezer are both on that circuit as well so luckily I was home to take care of it...
If anyone from this city sees this, "DON'T CALL ROSEBUSH FUELS FOR ANYTHING, HE'LL FUCK YOU OVER AT EVERY POSSIBLE CHANCE"

Sunday...
I sort of considered myself an "atheist" but I'm not sure that that is what I actually am...
I don't believe in "GOD" as such nor the organized religions, any of them...
I was going to put in that I do believe there is a higher power but even that is not in it anywhere...
I really don't have a fear for me, my path through this life is going to unfold as it should with or without my attempts to change it...
Think about it, you make a decision that changes your entire life, that decision was always going to happen, you just didn't know it till you actually made it...
If there is a bullet with my name on it somewhere in this world, it is going to get me. It doesn't matter if I hide in a cave in the bowels of the earth, in a space station a few thousand miles above the earth, or right in front of my TV in my own living room, It is going to get me...
The only people I fear for are my three kids. I know it is the same for them as for me but that, for some reason, doesn't change the fact...
Damn, I think that is enough philosophy for me today....

`Well that was interesting....
We have a thing at work called "Happy Friday's" and today some of the management volunteered to be the target for a pie throwing fest...
I'm not going to post the pics but it was more than a little entertaining for most involved...
My teams manager was the one that raised the most from his team at $80 plus...
He was the last one on the list to play the target but they had to go out and buy even more whipped cream for the pies...
They cost 50 cents a piece so at $80, that's 160 pies in the face, like that could happen...
Turned into a free for all but fun none the less...
Got far too much to do tomorrow to do much on this computer and that includes blog browsing...

So, I am in training for new products that we will be supporting when they release this summer and fall...
finally got some information about my oldest son, he did join the military although I really don't think it was his idea, the bitch he is with is taking him to the cleaners and will continue to do so ...
She separated him from his friends and then his entire family...
Once he was in boot camp, and we weren't really sure just where, she up and moved, shutting down the phone, returned mail, etc., and not a single word to anyone in the family...
Seems that they forgot that the ol' man can get things done. Found out where he was, had someone contact him, he contacted the bitch and she in turn called my mother where she got a bit of a scolding...
She told us that no one could contact my son except her so my mother and brother were sending the mail to her to forward, until it started to be returned. Seems it was a lie, I now have the address directly to him and will be contacting him myself...
Anyway, it is Friday, hope all had a great week...

Crap, another writing block....
Had a case sent to me for a lady who lost the camera and called for a replacement...
I would like to know just what she was thinking...
I let my daughter use the camera, she loses it off of a bridge into what seems to have been an aqueduct or sewer sluice, and stated that it was irretrievable...
She now thinks that she should get a replacement through the stupidity of her kid...

We have other call centers that escalate customers to us when they can't deal with the issues, can't resolve or the demand is outrageous...
They don't listen to the customers and even seem to stir the customer ire, even more....
Three of the people I called yesterday, the cases were sent to me, and in each the customer had returned the product to the store for exchange, same product so no lost customer, but ticked at the process...
The biggest problem with the people in these centers, at least that I have found, is that no one wants to take responsibility...
If they can find someone that they can say, "He/she told me to do that", then they are happy campers...
The managers, and don't get me started with them, should be boosting the egos, for lack of a better description, of these people so that they trust in their own knowledge...
Oh well, I guess that is why I am still not a "manager"...

Here it is Sunday and tomorrow I go back to work...
I did not get near the number of things done while off that I had planned on....
Just shows that I should never make plans, they never come to fruition when I do....
Anyway, today I will be mounting the new screen door for the front, adjusting the light fixtures on the front of the house, adding an outlet with the front lights to make it easy to add the Christmas lights, and put in the bigger air conditioner I bought last night...
The 5000 BTU one that I have cools the place to a certain degree but has a hard time keeping up with the heatwave we are now in so I got an 8000 BTU...
Did you know that these things come with a remote control? I don't even have to leave my desk to make any adjustments to it....
Guess that's today's update, have a great Sunday...

I am so pissed off about the hospital trip yesterday...
My appointment was for 9 am and I was told to be there a half hour early to register and be ready...
At 11 am, they finally call me in to a room where I thought things would get under way, was I mistaken...
The surgeon had his "intern" (form of "lackey") check out the cyst on my back...
Told me there were three options, they could just drain but that it would most likely just return, open up my back and try taking it all out in one piece which could result in option three anyway if they happen to nick the casing, and the last option, open it up, drain it out and them pack it with a piece of the material sticking out to continue to drain and heal from the inside out...
I thought, "whatever, just get it done!".
At 4 pm, I walked up to the nurses station and told them that when the asshole doctor, if the asshole doctor, asked where I was, I was gone. I told her the, "Waiting for 7 and a half hours for something that was supposed to be a simple procedure, was retarded!"
So, I still have my lump and the associated pain and will now put up with it till my family doctor can get me in with someone else and possibly somewhere else...

I get to see a surgeon this morning, yay me!
I decided to open a second account in a different financial institution, credit union, and visited the place yesterday afternoon...
Not sure who arranges crap there but it left me wondering...
They could not open an account when I stepped through the door at about 10:30 but could at about 3:00 in the afternoon...
Seems that most of the regular staff is out on holidays so none of the temps knew how to do it....
Got an appointment Saturday to get it done, imagine...

Saw a story last night about a little kid that is missing and presumed drowned....
He was playing with a couple of friends and fell into a fast moving creek. His two friends went in to try to save him and were barely rescued themselves...
When they interviewed the aunt to the kid, she said that they told the kids to stay away from the creek but thought that the kids were in the back yard...
What kid listens to exactly what a parent says?
What kid does not do what they are told not to do?
How long should you not think about the kid, giving him the opportunity to get to this creek?
When does the parent not have the responsibility to be watching out for their own offspring?
And finally, just how long do you think it will take for the parent to lay the blame on someone other than themselves?

Found that Future Shop had some air conditioners on sale for $100 so I bought two...
also found that the one I've had for three years was retaining water, don't know where or how but when I tipped it up to take it out of the window, it poured out of it all over the floor and couch.... What a mess...
At least the room is now livable...
Also blew almost $900 on renovation supplies, new screen door, 2x4's, drywall, insulation, vapour barrier, etc...
Should be a wearing week ahead...

Went to my doctor yesterday and found out that they don't know how to keep records...
My first visit to them, about two weeks ago,, in more than four years, I provided my newest phone number because it had changed...
Yesterday, I find out that the surgeon that I am supposed to see, was trying to contact me on the old number, DER!...
They now have my new one, again, and my cell phone, however, I was told to call the surgeons office even though he is now gone for a month...WTF...
So, as soon as I get in the door from seeing the one, I call the other to find out his office is closed till Monday morning....
Starting to get a little ridiculous...
Some good news though, my blood pressure is down to 135/75 as opposed to the original 175/100... the doc gave me another prescription for more of the meds that seem to be working...
Cholesterol is a tiny bit high but no biggy...
I'm off to buy a new air conditioner and some renovation materials, about $1500 if I'm lucky...

The lump on my back has grown to the size of a tennis ball and really quite painful...
One bonus is that it has a friend growing lower down the left side...
Now I know I was a twin but could this be an unborn triplet... too funny...

More fun with what some people think is tech support...
Some old girl bought a unit about 4/5 years ago and is so much less than careful as to have broken off a very small part...
Due to the age of the unit, the only thing that can be done is to replace it with a newer one at a cost as it is out of warranty...
She states that she will never buy from this manufacturer again because she cannot buy that part, just another ass...
Then we have the old girl who does not like to listen...
She was having some difficulty with a couple of tasks in her computer and as I am likened to do, even though it isn't our companies issue, I try to assist...
I think she was more than half deaf and the other half would not listen...
I asked her to retrace her steps so that I could figure out exactly what she was doing...
I told her that when she reached a certain point, stop, do not touch, point at, click on or do anything else except exactly what I told her...
She reached the point I requested and then proceeded to delete a bunch of files and she wouldn't tell me why...
I told her that I couldn't help her if she wasn't going to do as I asked and she accused me of getting snippity...WTF...
Anyway, I managed to get her through the process that would work for her, twice...
I never want to talk to her again.....

Has anyone else made a mistake, apparently not the people I talked to yesterday...
Called these people up because they seem to have received a product that they did not order...
They demanded that I provide the last four digits of the credit card number that was used to purchase the product but they were concerned about identity theft...
Someone in the frontlines provided them with the name and number of another customer, I have to assume, by mistake in the process of verifying the customer information...
They had a concern that someone had a credit card in their name and were using it for all sorts of purchases...
They expected me to compound the mistake by providing even more information....
They have that right?
Not likely...
Pretty much told them to piss off and I have already initiated internal processes to stop this kind of shit from happening again but wtf....

In a backhanded way, the news is reasonably good...
It seems to still be a cyst but will have to be removed anyway, that means at least two more days off, one for the interview with the surgeon and the second for the surgery...
I am once again on blood pressure medication, seems it was way too high and I had stopped taking mine almost four years ago because of the cost...
There is also a crapload of bloodwork being done with diabetes and cholesterol being checked...
One curious thing, he wants to know what type of cancer took my mother, my sister and that my oldest brother has.....
Guess it means I am more likely than average to get cancer...

Found what could be the cause of my headache last week....
I have had a cyst on my back for 20/25 years but it has never caused any problems or been a problem...
As of Wednesday last week, the damn thing has grown to the size of a figgin golf ball and is actually hurting....
Got an appointment with the Doc tomorrow, a little worried...
I found another smaller one in my armpit on Thursday last week too....

Things that make you go hhmm.... 125
Wow, didn't realize just how much humidity was in my house...
Got close to a gallon in the first 4 hours of running the new dehumidifier....
Got a new USB hub as well and that is just great...
I can plug in a crap load more stuff and no more swapping in and out....
One other thing I grabbed up too, a DVD player for the TV...
We had one from one of those rent to own places but from the start it would play no more than 10 minutes then the video and sound went right out of sync...
We then used the PS2 but that is starting to skip on some of the movies too...
The new KOSS DVD player will accept divx/mp3/memory cards and other stuff...
Gonna take a few days to figure it out...

Thank Christ that's over....
I've never had so much medication and not had it have some effect.....
Didn't seem to matter what I did, I could not get that damned headache to even drop to a dull roar...
Anyway, my daughter bought me a cell phone and I guess that brings me closer to the phone in the ear all of the time people....
Good thing I don't have too many friends...
Got to get the lawn cut today, hair cut, dehumidifier, I think the damp in the house had something to do with the headache, laundry and some groceries.. Gonna be a busy day...

Looks like my meeting with HR yesterday is just a little more that is needed to rid the company of some of the scum that was hired over the past couple of years....
The firings have already started and there are at least 6 managers that have been walked already...
In fact, there was one yesterday that was actually a surprise, we thought she was one of the best but apparently not...

Bought a product and it lasts for more than 3 years....
"I am never buying from your company ever again because you don't make products that last...."
What the hell do people expect?
They seem to expect that if they spend so much as even a nickel on anything, it should last forever.... WTF?
Anyway, I have a meeting with HR today and that will determine just how much closer to being fired I will be....
I have far too many complaints about the way management has been treating me as well as others in this company and have decided that I refuse to stand for this crap anymore...

Don't know how many people out there surf blogs but I am getting a little ticked at the asses that seem to think pop-up ads are really the way to go...
Pure asses as far as I am concerned...
Had one lady call up this week with a unit that was over 6 months old and screeched about wanting her money back...
She told me that she was 71, like that has anything to do with my decisions.....
4 separate times, she screeched herself into a hacking, coughing fit....
I would have enjoyed hearing her take a heart attack during one of them...
Found more than a little humour in her name and actions - "screaming Mimi"...
Anyway, got some money that needs spending this week, a completely new wardrobe and a new scanner, got a crap load of pics that have to be rescanned in....

Had a call a couple of days ago....
Lady bought the product last thanksgiving and had a problem with it now....'
She called technical support and just screeched at them to refund her money...
When she got to me it was exactly the same thing....
She made a pint that she was 71 years old, that means something?
Every time I tried to speak, she would start screeching....
This happened at least 4 times....
I was kinda waiting for her to have a heart attack and maybe die while talking to me....
Gotta like frickin idiots, God does, he made more than enough of 'em....

Even though the bank says there is a hold on the money that I deposited from my uncle, I think I'm going to try to withdraw some tomorrow to see if they really have a hold on it....
Got a couple of things to get as well as some bills to pay off....
Then I have to find some sort of investment for the rest, not sure just what would be best, but have to figure it out soon...
Kid got himself a new bicycle today and a couple of other things that he desperately needed...
Guess time will tell...

I hate cats....
We have had one in the basement for about three weeks now and I was really tired of the damned yowling it has been doing....
There is a crawl space in the back part of the house where we can't reach it. The kid went down quite a few times to try to lure the little shit out of there but it was to scared and would hide back in the crawl space...
I think it got in through a window on one side but could not get back up to it to get out...
I finally decided to leave the back door open for a bit as I'm here for the day...
When I opened the door, I found a crap load of feathers all over the landing and steps to the basement...
My question: How the hell did the cat manage to get a bird into the basement and eat all but the feathers at the back door?...
Needless to say, I think the frickin thing is now gone...
Hope there are no little ones back in the crawlspace to die and stink up the place...
BTW, I also hate frickin allergies and sinus infections!!! Only took three times longer to write this between pills and sneezing, not to mention the watering, itching eyes.....
Jeez, seems that I'm in a rut, I also hate when I start a four gig download of Windows Vista Beta 2 before going to bed and waking to find that an error has occurred and the file can't be saved so I have to start it over again...
A real hate filled day....

You would not believe the hoops you have to jump through to just throw a frickin cheque into a bank account....
My Son and I both received cheques in the amount of $16,000 from one of my uncles who is dying...
Because my bank is different from the one my uncle uses, the funds are bring held for more than a week...
We asked about opening an account for my son who is a minor, he is only 17, but got nothing but attitude and bullshit from the people at my bank...
They said we needed two particular pieces of ID to open the account and would not even look into any possibilities to try to get it done...
Needless to say, they will be losing all of my business...
We opened an account for him in the same bank as my uncle uses and the money was moved immediately...
What kind of customer service is that.... Oh, right, we are in Canada and not entitled to any consideration....

I have to put together a thankyou letter but how do I do that when I haven't Seen the guy for more years than I can remember?...
I will have to include some pics of my kids so he'll see who he left his money to....
These are the same people who made sure that my twin and I knew we were not part of the actual family as we were adopted...
Definitely not afforded the same consideration...
I have learned to take whatever is given and walk away....

The bitch my oldest son is hooked up with has managed to have him cut completely off from the whole family... spending far too much time trying to figure out what the F that bitch has done and where he is so that we can contact him....
I have an uncle that is a multi-millionaire that, as far as I know for all these years, did not like my adopted brother and myself but he is now dying, and rather quickly in my understanding, so he is handing out cheques...
My twin brother, me, my two sons and my daughter have all been given a stipend by him...
I don't even know what to think of this...
Maybe the ol' man will take a note here and do the same?...
